Remote Assistance
Sometimes it's difficult to explain what's happening on your screen. If you're currently speaking with a NexBank Customer Service representative who pointed you to this page, please read the security notice below and then click on the button that says, "Click here for remote assistance." You'll be prompted to enter a code that your Customer Service representative will provide, and then you'll be able to share your screen with them with no downloads or cameras required.
Security Notice: Protecting Your Information
To ensure your safety and privacy, please read the following before initiating a screen share:
- You control the session: Screen sharing will only begin when you click the button. The NexBank team will never initiate a screen share or place a call to you to request access without your explicit action.
- Beware of impersonators: If someone contacts you from an unknown number, unsolicited, claiming to be from NexBank and asks you to share your screen outside of this portal, do not comply. To confirm the identity of a caller, call NexBank operations directly at 1-877-201-3248, or reach out directly to your NexBank Account Executive.
- We will never ask for sensitive information: Our representatives will never request passwords, banking details, or other confidential data during a screen share. Our representatives will also never ask to access data that does not pertain your business with NexBank.
- Verify before you share: Always ensure you're speaking with an authorized representative. If you're unsure, end the session and reach out to our support team by calling 1-877-201-3248.
